Company culture is about values and commitments. It’s not just a set of mission and vision statements. It’s not a top-down thing. It’s how these values and commitments are expressed and followed by employees every day that make our company culture special.
We can’t cover all the things that make our culture special in a single blog post, but we can take a look at a few of them in our employees’ own words, focusing on our atmosphere of teamwork and support, and our commitment to integrity.

For all this to work, you need to have trust. To have trust, you need to have integrity. It’s one of our core values and is at the center of what makes our culture at Mississippi Lime what it is.
Perhaps Sales Manager Will O’Neil, Bridgeville, Pennsylvania (Breen) said it best, “If you don’t have integrity, no one will trust you. You will not have a relationship with your customers. You won’t have a relationship with the employees. Everybody I’ve met here at Mississippi Lime is a person of integrity.”
